notice to Netsol Online. The following conditions apply:
- Cancellation Prior to Development: If a project is canceled before the development
phase starts, a refund (minus any administrative or consultation fees) will be issued.
- Cancellation During Development: If a project is canceled during development,
clients are responsible for paying for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
- Cancellation After Completion: No refunds are available once a project has
been delivered and accepted by the client.
